Organisational Solutions were asked to prepare the Infrastructure Strategy 2018-48 as part of the Whangarei District Councils Long Term Plan.  This project identified the significant infrastructure issues for Council over a 30-year period.  We considered a wide range of aspects, including growth and demographics, desired community outcomes, environment, and climate change response.  The final Strategy was incorporated into the 2018-2028 Long Term Plan.
